Deciding which headline
entertainer or artist to use is half of the battle. I can provide
fast, accurate information to help you determine who best suits your
needs using the following criteria: genre, price, and availability.
Generally masterminding
the entertainment portion of your event, I can coordinate all the
necessary elements of the show, including artist, sound, lighting,
staging, catering, as well as arranging time schedules.
I can handle only the
contracting of the talent for you, or I can act as a producer, and handle
your entire production, including promotions, and ticket sales.
The day of your event,
I can provide onsite supervision, to ensure all the elements are handled
in your best interests.
Once you have an idea
of what it is you're looking for, and determined the artist who best meets
your needs...Only The Very Best will do.
I will then proceed
with securing the artist. This process includes artist fee negotiation,
making any appropriate alterations to the Artist's contract, and general
paperwork coordination.
Tell me
about your event Determine the date,
venue, attendance, and the type of tribute show desired.
Determine
your budget What is your budget for the
entire show? Remember to include the price of the act, from quality
sound, and lights, to detailed logistics for air travel, internal
transportation, hotel accommodations, catering, artist rider
requirements, insurance, technical production, and labour.
Artists
price range Artists may range in price
from $1,000.00 to $35,000.00+ per show. Once you have selected your
entertainment that fits your event, it will be the artists decision as to
whether or not to accept your terms, and confirm your dates.
What
happens next? The deposit is due
After the artist has accepted your offer, a contract is issued, and a
deposit is due immediately. I will review that contract in detail with
you, and help you make any changes that seem reasonable, and appropriate.
Payment
schedule The balance of the artist fees are due prior to the
performance on, or before the day of the event.
